Background:
Ms. Hollyway received her Master's degree in Applied
Psychology from Fairfield University. She has a
background in Counseling, Recruitment/Human Resources,
and Advocacy. In the past, Ms. Hollyway has worked
in Human Resources with several national corporations.
In addition, she served as an Admissions Officer
for the Quinnipiac School of Law. Ms. Hollyway was
appointed Court Advocate in Victim Services for
Windham County (Storrs) working in cooperation with
the State's Attorneys' Office. She has been certified
as a Domestic Violence Counselor. Prior to coming
to UConn, Ms. Hollyway was Coordinator of Interns
and Volunteers for the Judicial Branch, Fairfield
County. In this capacity, she placed approximately
100 students in internship and volunteer positions
each semester.
